The State Centre of Excellence (SCoE) actively seeks to collaborate through strong, sustained partnerships across government, academia, development agencies, and civil society. These collaborations are critical for advancing evidence-based policymaking and strengthening systems to enable effective action.

Key partners include state and district government departments, UN agencies, development partners, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) entities, academic institutions, and research organizations.

SCoE will proactively facilitate such partnerships through transparent processes, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and an open, collaborative approach.
