ABOUT JUNIOR DOCTORS' ASSOCIATION - The Student Union of RIMS, Ranchi
With an aim to dedicate itself for the betterment of the students on a variety of issues like education, career, living, recreation and any other sort of emergent situation, RIMS, Students Union was formed in the year. Since then JDA, RIMS has been actively playing its role in organising various events like college’s annual cultural and athletic meet (PALASH earlier known as SYNERGY), plantation ceremonies (under GREEN ECO SOCIETY), Blood donation camps, etc. It acts as a lubricating element between the students (both UG & PG) and the college’s administration. Besides this the students’ union also looks after the various health-related issues of the students and the society alike. The primary goal of the students’ union is to aid the students of our college in every possible aspect of life, to achieve excellence and thereby elevating the prestige of our college.

President JDA- Dr Vikas kumar is a Senior Resident in the Department of Neurosurgery, RIMS, Ranchi. He has completed his MBBS from Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi in the academic year 2010-2016 and joined in the MS and M.Ch course in the depatment of Neurosurgery in the year 2019.
